Barrett S. Avigdor, J.D., is the director of legal talent strategy at Accenture, a position she created in 2007. In this role she strives to maximize the productivity, creativity and engagement of the 400 legal professionals at Accenture around the world. Avigdor spent much of her legal career as a senior executive in the legal group at Accenture, though she's also a certified career coach and an advocate for happiness. Avigdor writes and speaks to audiences around the globe on the subject of finding happiness by working to your strengths and aligning your time to your values. She is the co-author of the forthcoming book "What Happy Working Mothers Know," a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School and a former Fulbright Scholar to Brazil. 
Judith S. Beck, Ph.D. is the director of the Beck Institute for Cognitive Therapy and Research in suburban Philadelphia and Clinical Associate Professor of Psychology in Psychiatry at the University of Pennsylvania. She has written nearly 100 articles and chapters and made hundreds of presentations, nationally and internationally, on a variety of topics related to cognitive therapy. She has written extensively on a cognitive behavioral approach to weight loss, including “The Beck Diet Solution” and two other books for consumers. Beck is a founding fellow and past president of the Academy of Cognitive Therapy, a non-profit organization that certifies mental health professionals in cognitive therapy, and has been a consultant for several NIMH research studies. She received her doctoral degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1982 and currently divides her time between administration, supervision and teaching, clinical work, program development, research and writing. 
Jessica Faye Carter is the CEO of WomenSuite and is a thought leader and diversity strategist for Fortune 500 and non-profit organizations on issues related the advancement of multicultural women. She is the author of “Double Outsiders: How Women of Color Can Succeed in Corporate America,” an award-winning, innovative look at the experiences of professional multicultural women in the workplace and at home. Her work has been featured in Working Mother, Essence, The Atlanta Journal and Constitution and the Associated Press. Prior to founding WomenSuite, Carter was a senior vice president and associate general counsel at Citigroup Global Markets Inc. She holds a J.D. and an M.B.A. from Duke University and a B.A. in economics from Spelman College.

Courtney Macavinta is founder and CEO of Respect Rx LLC. She is an award-winning journalist, author, speaker and coach who has reached more than a million girls and women through her work, including her blog RespectRx.com and bestselling book, “RESPECT: A Girl’s Guide to Getting Respect and Dealing When Your Line Is Crossed,” which has won both IPPY and iParenting awards. Her first publication, “The Secret Life of Teen Girls,” will be released by Hay House Publishing in September and is intended for women of all ages and parents of teen girls.
Annemarie Segaric is a nationally respected career and life coach, and founder of The Career Changer Company, based in New York.
